Amazing product
This speaker is quite possibly the best speaker I've ever owned, it's very durable it's fallen off the counter twice while playing and kept chugging along, it's battery has never failed me, amazing sound for the price, fantastic product if you're looking for a buget speaker this is the one.

The best!!!
This is the best speaker I've gotten so far. I love the fact it has its own place for the cords and it turns off automatically if it's not being used... Waterproof and dust proof can't beat that with kids around lol!! I give it an A+.

What a cracker
Like music on the go?

Like a big volume on a small speaker?
You'll love this.
I have a walker with a cup holder, and this fits perfectly in the cup holder (tip!)
It olaysu club misc so well, and so clear, with real bass, and no distortion (obvs if.you use the wrong EQ and too much preamp, you can still get distortion).
Sub £20 (June 2019). This is the best little speaker you can buy.
It's tain proof and dust proof, so everyday activities with this will be fine.
Highly recommended.... Now stop reading n buy buy buy!

Why do I not see the headphone symbol when it is connected to my Iphone 6S (good to see the speaker battery level)

Unfortunately iPhones do not always recognise all Audio devices and the headphone icon is only displayed when the iPhone recognises an audio device. From what we have seen from the Apple community this is a bug that should be resolved in a future update.

Please note that only the Zero Chill can be paired with another for stereo sound. With a few simple steps, 2 speakers can be connected to 1 audio device. Another model pairable for stereo sound would be the Double Chill:

Please note that this is a Bluetooth speaker and not a WIFI one. You can connect it to any phone that comes with a Bluetooth function (or a PC as well).
If you are referring to the WIFI speakers, you can use Air Play functions to connect when there is no WIFI available.

My speaker will tun on and connect to my phone, but there is no sound, even if it is turned all the way up.
I have been guilty of missing a certain settings on my phone when trying to use Bluetooth and/or other features so doublecheck all the settings on your smartphone. Some can be easy to overlook or misinterpret, sometimes have to go to different sub-settings to get all correctly? But make sure all the settings are correct on your phone so it will recognize and pair/connect. Blue tooth activated on phone, correct security/privacy settings, volume on phone is up, mute is not activated. Hopefully this is whàt it is and helps because I have been really happy with my Jam Audio product!
