I wanted them to wear in the day to activate the noise cancelling to block out the loudest screaming voices on the planet . I’m happy to say my sanity is saved as I can freely walk around my home now not hearing the voices of doom. Highly recommend , comfortable and affordable

Sound is excellent for portable headphones - bass was impressive whilst still maintaining above average mid-high range. Good build quality, recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality!! Great Price!! Why oh why did I not discover these headphones years ago. I take several trains into the City every weekday and the commute is only just bearable due to Podcasts and Netflix downloads. The Jam Coutour is uber comfortable and come with three different size earbuds to suit your needs. The layout of the controls is excellent and I connected to my iPhone within seconds. The sound quality is great whether you are listening to music or spoken word and after the first charge, the battery lasted an entire week. When my train goes Underground, I activate noise cancelling and the Jam Coutour continues to deliver on its excellent performance. If I had a wish… I would ask the designers to make the earphone wires retractable into the collar, but the cost of this might impact the great price. All in all, an excellent product being sold at a truly great price!!

The active noise cancelling is effective while I’m on transport and the earphones are comfortable. So far the battery is lasting well and they charge quickly. Overall I’m really happy with them.

After charging for 12 hours still won't switch on how do you know they are fully charged

The charging light goes off when they are fully charged. Connect to your phone to see how much battery is remaining.  When you charge, make sure the ANC switch is set to OFF

I've had these headphones for a month and the left earphone has just completely gone quiet all of a sudden. They were working fine until 2 days ago and then randomly went quiet. What's going on? Pretty poor for 1 month since purchase...

Just got these today and I’m struggling to figure out the controls? The white light stays on constantly and have been unable to connect them to my phone, they don’t even show up when trying to pair.

My Jam Contour are 2 months old and when I charge them a red light comes on but even after charging for 12 hours they still won’t turn on. Very disappointed and would love to know if there is an easy fix. Thanks

Dear Tweenieleenie, We are sorry for this inconvenience. We would advise you to try the following reset procedure: 1. Remove all previous pairings from your device (phone or tablet etc.) 2. Turn the Bluetooth off on the device you are wanting to pair (also make sure all other Bluetooth is off in the area you are trying to pair). Switch your device to flight mode/airplane mode, wait 10 seconds and then turn off airplane mode. 3. Turn on Bluetooth on the device you want to connect to. 4.
