Active Noise Cancellation

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Clunky and poorly made- disappointed I know it wasn't an expensive set of headphones but didn't expect them to be this bad in the current day with tech coming along the way they did. Standard headphones fit me but these kept falling out and the sound was very tinny. Kept disconnecting on my android and did the same when my partner borrowed them to use on his iPhone when running.

I wanted them to wear in the day to activate the noise cancelling to block out the loudest screaming voices on the planet . I’m happy to say my sanity is saved as I can freely walk around my home now not hearing the voices of doom. Highly recommend , comfortable and affordable

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great price and fast delivery Realised when on holiday recently that my new phone has no headphones socket, looked for some at the airport but they were too expensive. Ordered these headphones on my return and I am so pleased I waited. The sound quality is good and the noise cancelling actually works. I tested it by turning on my TV with the volume high while listening to music from my phone and didn't hear the TV at all. They work as well as my Sony over ear headphones but there are no wires to get tangled up when you're on the plane.

After charging for 12 hours still won't switch on how do you know they are fully charged

The charging light goes off when they are fully charged. Connect to your phone to see how much battery is remaining.  When you charge, make sure the ANC switch is set to OFF

I've had these headphones for a month and the left earphone has just completely gone quiet all of a sudden. They were working fine until 2 days ago and then randomly went quiet. What's going on? Pretty poor for 1 month since purchase...

Just got these today and I’m struggling to figure out the controls? The white light stays on constantly and have been unable to connect them to my phone, they don’t even show up when trying to pair.

My Jam Contour are 2 months old and when I charge them a red light comes on but even after charging for 12 hours they still won’t turn on. Very disappointed and would love to know if there is an easy fix. Thanks

Dear Tweenieleenie, We are sorry for this inconvenience. We would advise you to try the following reset procedure: 1. Remove all previous pairings from your device (phone or tablet etc.) 2. Turn the Bluetooth off on the device you are wanting to pair (also make sure all other Bluetooth is off in the area you are trying to pair). Switch your device to flight mode/airplane mode, wait 10 seconds and then turn off airplane mode. 3. Turn on Bluetooth on the device you want to connect to. 4.
