Rated 2 out of 5 by from needs improvement i have had these earphones about 4 months and used them for most activites including running walking cycling etc would not recommend for running as they slide about and fall out way to easily even with the cord strapped to the back of my head still very uncomfortable sticks out from head doesnt not look stylish or anything like the pictures the price should be dropped for such a poor quaility product i suggest u improve the round ear system as it simply isnt tight enough around the ear remove the wire and make these true wireless earphones kepp the m at this price but make huge improvedments too fit and comfort this product has goood potential if taken more seriously.

The headphones aren't a good fit round the ears and take some getting used to. The sounds quality is ok. The long battery life is a big plus and the main reason I bought them. Probably need more consumer testing in future.

I am not able to use the headphones for hands-free calling. I am able to listen to audio (voicemails, music, etc) without a trouble. Can anyone help me out?

What can I do if the charging port on the headphones is broken?! I receive those for a Christmas gift and did use them until yesterday but I noticed when I tried to connect the up to charge the didn’t charge!

Is there no easy way to tell how much battery life is left? The wireless headphones I have had in the past, when connected to your phone would have a battery bar. I don't like not knowing if my headphones need to be charged or not

When the LED flashes red, it indicates that the battery is low and it’s time to plug in and recharge. Charge for about 2 hours to get up to 12 hours of play time; while charging, the light will stay solid red. Once fully charged, the light will turn off.

Why won’t my headphones connect? This morning they stopped working after a month. I turn them on and hear a few beeps and they never connect to my phone!

Does the Live Fast headset use the A2DP bluetooth function? I am having trouble pairing with my soundbar. I have a hearing impairment and need to use the bluetooth function of the Samsung soundbar, which requires A2DP. Thanks
