Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life changer I bought these one day in khols looking for earbuds to wear when i go outside to jog or play soccer. I was unsure about how these would fit me cause i tried so many earbuds and none of them fit me right by falling out my ears cause of how small they are. But once i found the right ear tip and the part wear it wraps around my ear i felt more secure like it wasnt going to fall out. So after wearing them for a month i noticed that i loved them alot and was so glad i got these on sale.

Absolutely NOT 12 hours battery time (more like 4-6), and will not let you know when battery is low, so make sure to top up charge before using them for longer periods.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Busted out of the box I bought a pair at Best Buy. They only charge for about 10 minutes, then the light goes off. You can then turn them on and use them for about 10 minutes before they die ... very disappointing, would definitely not recommend.

I use them everyday; they are great for sports - they don't fall out when I run and they feel comfortable! The sound quality is pretty decent and they pair nicely with my phone (Android).

I need instructions on how to listen to music from my smartphone through these headphones and to speak on my cellphone and actually hear my caller. I've tried to follow the pictorial instructions but get absolutely no results. JAM "Live Fast."

Worked fine for a while. Now it refuses to pair. Shows up on iPhone bluetooth screen under "other devices" but the circle keeps circling and the earphones go "bloop bloop bloop" and flash blue and red. Have been plugged in for DAYS.

Just bought my headphones followed the instructions to charge. The red light goes off. But when I try to connect it to Bluetooth nothing. It never blinks red and blue it just does nothing. Anyone else have this problem?

Thank you for your question. You must long press the play/pause button for 3 seconds to power on the earbuds. Then it will go into pairing mode and connect to your Bluetooth device. If you need further assistance connecting, please contact us by email: cservice@jamaudio.com

Lately I've started having issues pairing LiveFast earbuds with Iphone. Once into phone's bluetooth, I turn earbuds on but it remains not connected. I've removed/reloaded, but it still won't connect. Is there an internal battery that I need to replace?

What can I do if the charging port on the headphones is broken?! I receive those for a Christmas gift and did use them until yesterday but I noticed when I tried to connect the up to charge the didn’t charge!

Is there no easy way to tell how much battery life is left? The wireless headphones I have had in the past, when connected to your phone would have a battery bar. I don't like not knowing if my headphones need to be charged or not

When the LED flashes red, it indicates that the battery is low and it’s time to plug in and recharge. Charge for about 2 hours to get up to 12 hours of play time; while charging, the light will stay solid red. Once fully charged, the light will turn off.

My jam live fast ear buds shut off after about 15 minutes of use even though they've been on the charger for 6 hours just before use. Using them for discord on my computer and I use an external Mic. When they shut off, I can turn them right back on.
