Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bought as a walkround sound at work. Not used properly yet as I can not see any handing on the buds. So when I take them out to listen to people I am not certain which goes where. Going to daub nailvarnish on them soon.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from My wife loves them. Brought them for myself, but didn’t like the feeling of them in my ears and weren’t loud enough for me. Wife has them now and she absolutely loves them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good earbuds but no USB-C Very good but having the left earbud as the master and the only one you can have in mono mode is kind of bad especially if you are used to having only one earbud in you ear and on the right side. I found a solution! The left and right earbud are exactly the same. So if you take the left silicone and put it on the right earbud and switch the left and right earbuds in the charging case you can then use the right earbud in mono mode even though it's the left one. If this doesn't make sense just put the left earbud in your right ear.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fine for the emergency use Had to purchase these as someone bumped into me and my more expensive earbud rolled into the train track. They are ok for the price you get what you paid for. Not too loud so no good for daily commute but fine for a walk in the park or a bike ride. Comfort is fine. No app to control or adjust the tone response. Not worn for a very long time so can’t tell you what batter life is like. Fine for use as spare emergency pair but definitely not my main pair of buds.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My JAM Live Wireless Earbuds - Black * Plus: Long battery life; great sound (bass is audible). Fits into ear nicely * Minus: Can't change tracks and + / - volume. ====== For it's price, about £35-ish, it's worth it. Will recommended

Can you use the earbuds independently of each other? I only wear one at a time (for safety reasons) and I'd like the batteries and mechanics to wear evenly or, if (heaven forbid) I lose one then I'd hope I wouldn't be stuck with one useless earbud.

Asked by: Dave III
Thank you for your question. You can connect the left earbud for mono sound. This is a great option if you want to hear your surroundings as well as your music.

I got the live free wireless earbuds and the right one doesn't work

Asked by: Jiche
We are sorry to hear this. If your earbuds don’t sync to each other automatically, quick double-press the “play/ pause” button on both earbuds at the same time. This will put your earbuds into sync mode, and the LEDs will pulse blue. Once connected to each other, the LEDs will turn solid blue for 5 seconds. Your earbuds will then go into pairing mode and begin searching for a Bluetooth device, and the LEDs will quick flash blue.

Does the case have a USB C charging point, and does it have controls on the earbuds?, If so then what type of controls does it have?

Asked by: jaki
No, it's USB Micro B (comes with a standard cable to USB Type A). As for controls, there is A (one, singular) button on the earbuds, which will pause and play music, and if I'm reading the icons on the instructions correctly, will answer and hang up phone calls. Hold it longer and I THINK it summons Siri, but I'm not sure. Basically, be ready to use the phone itself to control what's going on, rather than the buds themselves.

Hi, I recently bought live free wireless buds and I like them for fit and use but the volume is so low when turned to max using my HTC U11 phone. Is there any way of improving the volume? Thanks Frank

Asked by: Frankee
Dear Frankee, We are sorry to read about your issue. We would advise you to check if the issue occurs only with that phone. If it does we recommend getting an app to boost the volume from the phone. If the issue occurs no matter which device you are pairing them with, we would advise you to contact our customer service. Hi, How long do the earbuds take to charge once in the case. I’m sat at a desk most of the day so I am stuck between these JAM earbuds and getting a wired pair of headphones so I don’t need to worry about them running out of battery.  Thanks.

Asked by: Luke19
Dear Luke19, Thank you for your question. To charge your earbuds, place them into the portable case. The red LEDs show that they are charging. If the red LEDs do not appear when placed in the case, adjust the earbuds to make sure they are in line with the charging contacts. When fully charged, the LEDs will shut off. It will take approximately 2 hours to charge. To charge your portable case, plug the small end of the micro USB cable into the micro USB port, located on the right side of the case. The LED on the case will show solid red when charging. When the portable case is fully charged, the three LED lights will remain on. Once the USB cord is unplugged, the lights will turn off.
