Soon, the mesh started ripping off the earbud slowly, and now one of my earbuds are charging but can't turn on.

Yes you read the title right,these are so good that it blows the AirPods out of the water.My friend has AirPods and I used them and wasn’t impressed but when I bought the Jams Live True and tried them out,they sounded so good and terrific bass,would definitely recommend them

The right earbud routinely disconnects from the left leaving you frustrated and constantly messing with the earbuds. Also once you have them connected, the Bluetooth cuts in and out all the time. Songs stop for a second then restart once the connection is re established. A very annoying earbud.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from They broke When I bought them they were good the very next day the right ear bud fell apart I returned them and got a new pair 2 days later the earbuds wouldn't connect with each other and wouldn't get charged in the case. I will admit tho the bass and sound was very good.

If you want a cheaper alternative the air pods or you just don't like apple products these are pretty good. P.S if they are making you ear or fall out switch to a smaller eartip

Can you use just one earbud and leave the other in the case?

Actually yes keep one in the charger n only press the button on one n go to Bluetooth n it’s gonna say live mono n connect

True live ear buds brought my brother from USA when he is visiting us! ear buds excellent sound quality!! my problem is the ear buds never pair each other! either jam ultra works or jam ultra works!! unfortunately it never pairs even i fallow manual book

Turn off phones Bluetooth. Then press buttons on both headsets either two or three times..they should pair just fine.

unable to hear sound in both headphones at the same time while both connected. one works at one time, when u click on the button it stops on one and start playing on the 2nd.

Turn the Bluetooth off on the device you are wanting to pair (also make sure all other Bluetooth is off in the area you are trying to pair). 3. Take the earbuds out of the case. Press and hold the multi-function (JAM) button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off. 4. Quick press multi-function (JAM) button once on each earbud to turn them on. Wait one full minute before proceeding to the next step. 5. Quick press multi-function (JAM) button twice to put earbuds in pairing mode. Wait one full minute before proceeding to the next step. 6. Turn on Bluetooth on the device you want to connect to. 7. Select JAM in available devices.
