Keen to try a true wireless earphones and i'm so surprised on how easy they are to use. They fit really snug into the ear - i changed the the ear tips to help with the fit. connecting them together was simple and they sound great. for the price they are exceptional.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bulky! but they work! I was gifted a pair of the black ones for Christmas and was surprised by how large they are. Even with the 2nd smallest earbud replacements, they still make my ears ache after a couple hours. Maybe they work better for larger ears? And they also look like little robots sticking out of your ears. But they have great audio and block out SO MUCH NOISE! I have 4 roommates and these block all of them out, even with no music playing. I loved them so much... until the left bud stopped working and hasn't worked in 3 months... I haven't ever been rough with them. Haven't ever gotten them wet or too hot/cold. It just stopped making noise, even though it still syncs.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mine broke I generally take very good care of my products. I received these earbuds as a gift for Christmas and I always put them back in there case. However one day they died and I tried charging them but only one of my airbus will charge. I even checked to see if the LED light glows as they are charging and no matter what side I place my earbuds only one will charge. I did not expose them to water. I haven't dropped them. It just seems as though it just broke on its own.

And then boxing again and these stay in my ear throughout it all, only time they fall out is when I gaurd and knock them. Would recommend, needs a saftey string attachment just incase they do fall out. 100% fav

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only work about 60% of the time. I recieved these for a Christmas gift. I thought they would be great for the gym. It is frustrating when they won't sinc when I get to the gym and end up putting them in my pocket. Sometimes only one will sync and sometimes they do not work at all. I have tried turning them off and turning off all bluetooth devices around as instructed by customer service. It only works for a few weeks then they act up again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Finally paired, but now unequal volume I've received the Jam earbuds as a holiday gift and they worked great for a couple of weeks. I then had the often reported sync failure issue. I finally got them to stay paired (so far), but now the volume in the left bud is much lower than the right. I've searched on line for a solution, with no luck thus far. I can't tell you how frustrating this entire experience has been. it should not be this difficult.

Can you use just one earbud and leave the other in the case?

Actually yes keep one in the charger n only press the button on one n go to Bluetooth n it’s gonna say live mono n connect

True live ear buds brought my brother from USA when he is visiting us! ear buds excellent sound quality!! my problem is the ear buds never pair each other! either jam ultra works or jam ultra works!! unfortunately it never pairs even i fallow manual book

Turn off phones Bluetooth. Then press buttons on both headsets either two or three times..they should pair just fine.

unable to hear sound in both headphones at the same time while both connected. one works at one time, when u click on the button it stops on one and start playing on the 2nd.

Dear NAVJOT, We apologise for the issues that you have experienced. Please kindly try the following trouble shooting: 1. Remove all previous pairings from your device (phone or tablet etc.) 2. Turn the Bluetooth off on the device you are wanting to pair (also make sure all other Bluetooth is off in the area you are trying to pair). 3. Take the earbuds out of the case. Press and hold the multi-function (JAM) button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off. 4. Quick press multi-function (JAM) button once on each earbud to turn them on. Wait one full minute before proceeding to the next step. 5. Quick press multi-function (JAM) button twice to put earbuds in pairing mode. Wait one full minute before proceeding to the next step. 6. Turn on Bluetooth on the device you want to connect to. 7. Select JAM in available devices. One of the buds sound is much lower than the other. Is this a faulty pair or a setting?

Do these have a volume button. They have alll of a sudden gone quieter and my phone is on full volume
