unable to hear sound in both headphones at the same time while both connected. one works at one time, when u click on the button it stops on one and start playing on the 2nd.

How to sync the jam true series earphones together

Please note when you take the earbuds out of their case, they will automatically sync to each other, and the LEDs will turn solid blue for 5 seconds. Your earbuds will then go into pairing mode and begin earching for a Bluetooth device, and the LEDs will quick flash blue. If your earbuds don’t sync to each other automatically, please check to make sure they are charged and turned on.

I got these 5 months ago and they've been working fine till now. The left ear keeps turning itself on and off until after a few minutes of use they'll both just disconnect and stop working. They're fully charged and haven't been damaged. How do I fix this

Only one of my earbuds is connecting and working, if my left one works, my right one doesn’t and vice versa. I’ve been using them all week fine, just started happening today. They are all charged up.

Why can't I pair both of my headphones to each other to listen to music out of both headphones? Or even make a call and hear out of both of them?

Appears to be a common problem. 1. Turn off your bluetooth sources. 2. Turn off your buds by either holding the button till the turn off or place them in the case. 3. Turn them both on by taking the out of the case or by pushing the button on both of them once quickly. 4. Press the button on both of them twice quickly. They should pair then, if they don't repeat the process.

Thank you for your question. You should be able to connect your earbuds to the Alexa device. But you will not be able to use the earbuds as a microphone to talk to Alexa.

How long does it typically take to charge the Portable Case for the first time?  Also, can the Earbuds be charging at the same time the Portable Case is charging, or should one wait until case is charged/unplugged?  Thanks!
