Active Noise Cancellation

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality sound Pleasantly surprised by this product. The sound quality is super crisp, just the right amount bass and the noise cancelling functionality works well. I took these on holiday and they worked really well on the plane with blocking out the white noise and crying babies! I'm also pleased with how long the battery lasts for. I can go two days (5 hours total commuting) without charging. The only negative for me was that they're not the most comfortable in ear headphones I've tried but I'm testing out different ear bud sizes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great battery life and sound quality! I've been using these for a few weeks and they've been great. Sound quality is good and cancels out noise around me fantastically. Battery life has been good, lasts upwards of 6 hours of use before needing a charge. The only issue I've had is that the ear buds fall out occasionally, but not so much that it makes them unusable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for the gym Decent set of headphones. I use over-ear on my commute but was finding they were not suitable for the gym or for running. I was a little disappointed initially with the noise cancelling, but that is just compared to my Sony 1000XM2s. Having now worn them a few times out and about I'm quite pleased - noise cancelling works well enough and sound quality is good. I've had issues in the past with in-ear headphones falling out or generally being uncomfy but no issues with the Jam Contours.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality all round headphone for everyday use I love listening to music and for this reason I have many good headphones for different uses. I have a portable Bose speaker, beats studio wireless over ear, completely wireless ear buds and now these jam wireless headphones. I have been looking for a headphone suitable for more active use to accompany my runs, cycling and gym. The jam earbuds are sweatproof and have a nice material body that can be easily cleaned. The headphones have 3 different earbud sizes where fit is extremely important not just for keeping them in your ear but helping the sound quality. The sound quality on these headphones is very good at high volumes something a chapter pair could not deliver. The clarity of vocals can be heard through the bass and music. I found that the bass on these headphones is very strong where many earbuds struggle to achieve good bass which these do not suffer with. The noise cancelling can be turning on and off with a switch and really impressed me compared to my much more expensive over ear beats, I would say these do a better job. Noise cancelling does not completely remove ambient sound but when in the gym, car or work makes a really noticeable improvement to engine noise and fans for example. The headphones do a great job when listening to movies and taking phone calls with again the same great clarity. The Bluetooth connection is very good when connected and works at the furthest distance of any Bluetooth device I own. The battery when fully charged I get around 4-5 hours as I have them fairly loud. What I do not like is each time I want to pair the device I have to hold down a button for about 5 seconds to get it to turn on and connect where others turn on much quicker and connect straight away. There is no carry case something I have become fond of for other headphones to keep them safe when stored. This would also help with the earbuds that have a tendency to fall off when worn around my neck. Overall for the price these are a very good headphones and I would definitely recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great looking Bluetooth earphones The Bluetooth earphones look great and are very stylish. I have found that the plastic earbuds keep falling off, I have used all my spares and have now left. Which, makes them uncomfortable to listen to music.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but not great - decent value at price point Pros: Good battery life, pairs consistently well, comfortable in-ears and around neck, active noise cancelling decent at minimizing hum of the airplane or office a/c. Great that you can use microusb rather than bespoke cable. Negatives: Wind noise with active noise cancelling is shockingly loud. Does not minimize voices (mostly white noise/humming). Sound quality for music is really disappointing. Podcats are OK. I would prefer to use my dedicated running in-ear wireless earphones for a commute where you listen to music. Overall I would use this in an office environment for online meetings & background music, or on an airplane for watching movies --- anything music related I would look elsewhere.

Dear Cassation, Please note that there is a switch next to the '+' button for the ANC, this has 2 markings on it ANC and ANC barred over, the switch needs to be slid to the ANC barred over to switch the ANC off. Kind regards, Team JAM Audio

Bought 2 jam contour after first charge, how do u turn it on, unboxed it was on and paired easily but now it's off

They randomly stopped working. Charging still works as indicated by a red light when plugged in but they will no longer power on. Any fixes?
