Customer Reviews

Out There On-Ear Wireless Headphones is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 52.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won’t Charge I was really excited for these headphones ad my others had recently broken. However, as soon as they started losing battery and I wanted to charge them, I plugged them in. The next day they were on low battery so I plugged them in for 7 or 8 hours straight. I got home and they weren’t charging. For $70, that’s not a great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value wireless headphones Identified these as was looking for wireless with good noise cancellation for a decent price. Am really pleased all round and haven’t even tried the phone call features yet. Sound is great and cancelled out the background noise really well while watching a movie on my iPad on a train. Compact too for travelling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The sound given by these headphones is amazing The sound is amazing, they are comfortable and the controls on the headphones are extremely easy to use, I also use the headphones for video conferencing and the built in mic is clear and very good. I would strongly recommend these headphones to anyone, as they are durable as well as all other bonuses I've mentioned above

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Head phones looks cool and well worth for money. Colour and design are good. But sound quality is not that great. Compare to the price, Head phones are good. As a cordless, it is very comfortable while on the move. Can take to all the places.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible product Headphones stopped charging completely after a month of usage. Some have recommended it could be a battery issue, but I am not going to replace a battery after only having the headphones for a month. So back to the store I go for a refund. Ridiculously lame product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The Headband Broke I bough these headphones a while back and to be honest, loved the quality for the price. Unfortunately the headband broke and had to throw them away because they were unusable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Greatly bad I brought this a month ago and im so happy that i never did again because the build quality is poor and as other reviews as stated, the band snaps. very easily. for me it was in the first 5 weeks. So uh unless you like DIY repairs and throwing out head phones, i suggest you leave this site alone for now c:

Q & A

When using the Out There headphones with a cable, do the volume buttons still function, or is it only controlled by the device? I want to use them plugged into RCA audio outputs on back of tv that has no headphone socket.

Asked by: stevet48
Dear Stevet48, As our headphones are designed to be used with mobile devices and devices with an AUX out or a Headphone socket we have not tested the headphones to see if this would work through a RCA output. Kind Regards, JAM Customer Services.

The Bluetooth on my headphones has suddenly stopped working. The device is able to enter pairing mode, but will not pair. How can I fix this?

Asked by: RJMeta
Dear RJMeta, We would like to take this opportunity to apologies for the issues that you have experienced. We would recommend removing the previous pairing from your device and then make a new pairing. If this is not successful please place your device in Airplane/flight mode and then switch the Bluetooth on. Then try to pair the device again. once paired you can switch your phone back to normal mode. Should none of the above be successful please kindly contact us directly on 0203 538 0768 or uksupport@jamaudio.com and one of our advisers will be happy to assist you. Will my headphones connect to any blue tooth device? And can more then 1 be paired?

Asked by: Jo14
Dear Jo14, Our headphones are designed to listen to music through mobile devices such as phones, tablets, Mp3 players and Turntables. You can have a pairing to more than one device however the sound will only play from one device at a time. To switch, turn the Bluetooth off of the device that you are finished using and on, on the new device if the headphones have been previously paired to that device it will automatically connect to it. You can only pair one set of our headphones to a device at a time. Kind Regards, JAM Customer services.
