Q & A

Hi, we bought these for my dad and he loved them.  Unfortunately he pulled them out when removing his mask and a car made minced meat of them. We are having great difficulty finding a replacement set as they are sold out.  Any idea when back in stock

Headphones wont pair, how do you fix this ?

Dear Caitlin, We are sorry to hear that you experienced this with the Jam product. Could you please try the following reset: 1. Remove all previous pairings from your device (phone or tablet etc.) 2. Turn the Bluetooth off on the device you are wanting to pair (also make sure all other Bluetooth is off in the area you are trying to pair). 3. Take the earbuds out of the case. Press and hold the multi-function (Jam) button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off. 4. Quick press multi-function (Jam) button once on each earbud to turn them on. Wait one full minute before proceeding to the next step. 5. Quick press multi-function (Jam) button twice to put earbuds in pairing mode. Wait one full minute before proceeding to the next step. 6. Turn on Bluetooth on the device you want to connect to. 7. Select the buds in available devices. Connected these to sonyA55 Walkman but no way to adjust volume on earbuds or player . I have tried pressing button on bud as suggested in previous questions but no joy

I’ve connected my headphones to my Garmin 645 music - all good. Except I can’t change the volume down from full blast - what can I do??

Dear EJR1, How the volume on the headphones can be controlled will depend on the device they are connected to it. On certain cases the volume can be controlled only from the connected device, other cases by pressing the left or right ear bud. Hey i recently got some ear buds however only one works at a time not both at the same time. Can you tell me how to get them synced together?

Dear Melly124, We are sorry to hear that the ear buds do not sync with each-other. We would advise you to try the following quick reset: 1. Remove all previous pairings from your device (phone or tablet etc.) 2.
