I got this just about a week ago and what can I say this Bluetooth speaker is by far one of the best..it's cute and elegant looking and wow the sound is soo loud it can be a perfect edition to any party I would highly recommend..it beats all Bluetooth speakers on the market so far..one of the best

Amazing sound for a small speaker
Great little speaker which packs a punch with a big sound. Easy to setup, feels like a quality item. Have had other Bluetooth speakers of similar size which are more expensive, but this one has better sound quality.

Amazing....
I have had this speaker for a few months now and wow, it’s done me great, the sound quality is excellent and the loudness is next level, however I submerged it in water for a couple of minutes and now doesn’t seem to turn on, please will someone reply to this if they had had any similarities.

Alright while it lasted
The speaker is a definite buy for anyone. It's a good speaker overall, I've had it since Christmas. But a few weeks ago while I was listening to music it just popped. Yeah, it would turn on but it wouldn't play sound.

Doesn’t work
Charged for over 2 days and as soon as I unplug red light keeps flashing. Tried turning on and nothing. They replaced it and the replacement does exact same.

Brand new doesn’t work
I just bought this speaker today. Got it home and charged it for 4 hours. Took it off the charger and had a flashing red light. Tried turning it on and it does literally nothing except flash red. Took it back to the store and exchanged it with a new one. Brought it home and guess what? The exact same thing. I spent over $100 in store on this speaker, and have t even been able to use it. I’m livid and feel as though I wasted my money, especially since I drove a grand total of 400km to buy and replace this speaker. I live 100km away from the nearest store. I personally think Jam needs to recall these speakers and figure out the problem as I have read numerous other reviews on different sites where people were experiencing the same problem. In total, it has probably cost me nearly $250 for a speaker that doesn’t work if you include the cost of fuel driving back and forth from the store.

Nice speaker, well built, a little temperamental.
I bought this speaker around 6 months ago. Its a lovely speaker but a little awkward to use. The sound is fairly good for such a small speaker and it looks and feels really robust. The volume can be turned up fairly loud before alot of unwanted distorsion creeps in. Overall its a nice bit of kit.
I would buy a second speaker but I really dont like the rediculous noise which the speaker makes when switched on and off, there's just no need for that. Why does it make that ridiculous noise?????
If I could program the speaker to switch off the start up/shut down noise then I would happily go out and buy a second speaker today.
Is there any way of doing this?

I see that Scotty has the same issue that I have with charging their speakers. I just bought two and they have the same problem. Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?

I now have a second one. After the first one wouldn’t turn on, just constantly flashes red, so got a replacement and low and behold exactly the same thing. There must be a way to reset these things ? It Is supposed to come precharged, disappointed

Why does my jam speaker not work after being submerged in water for around 5 minutes? I have had this speaker nearly 4 months and it’s done me good,however im not happy that the speaker is waterproof and after being in water it WILL NOT. Turn on

How do you charge it

There is a charging cable located in the bottom of the speaker that can be used with any USB charging port. There is also a side door on the base of the unit so that you can easily charge the speaker.

To connect a Bluetooth device please press and hold the power button (between the X and O) for 3 seconds you should then see the red and blue light flashing and the speaker is ready to pair.
