APRIL 2020 DELIVERY & RETURNS UPDATE - Our team are working hard to ensure you receive the best possible service. Please note that we are still processing orders as normal but during this unprecedented time your order may take slightly longer to reach you as our delivery partners experience delays.

We apologise for any inconvenience and delays you may experience hearing back from us, but hope you will understand. Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll keep you updated on the progress of your delivery so keep an eye out for emails from us.

We are also extending our returns service for an extra 30 days during the situation surrounding COVID-19. Please do not worry if you are unable to return your item. Any further updates regarding deliveries and returns will be added to our Home Page and Delivery Page, so please check back regularly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Until further notice, orders from our website will only be shipped to residential addresses. When completing your order, please ensure delivery details adhere to these guidelines.

We aim to keep our delivery options clear and simple. We use Royal Mail and DPD Local couriers for our UK deliveries depending on the size or value of your order. For upgrading your delivery we offer the opportunity to select a Next Working Day option.

Standard Delivery (3-5 days)
All Orders Over £20.00: FREE
Orders Under £20.00: £3.95

Express Delivery : Next Working Day*
Any Size Order : £5.95

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we cannot deliver to, a member of our team will make contact in such circumstances. Please be aware that delivery lead times are only approximate and we accept no liability with regards to any failed or delayed deliveries.
