Q & A

Where is the speaker located on the jam sound stream for when you just want to play your records? Thanks

Asked by: Benbeth
Dear Benbeth, This Model of turntable does not have an inbuilt speaker and requires to be connected to a separate speaker. If you are looking fro a turn table with inbuilt speakers we have models: https://uk.jamaudio.com/play-turntable or https://uk.jamaudio.com/sound-turntable Kind Regards, JAM Customer Services

I’ve just bought this turntable and can see that when it’s spinning with or without a record on it, it doesn’t lay flat and there is quite a bit of wobble as it spins, is this normal? i’d assume not, what can i do about this?

Asked by: libby17
Dear Libby17, There is a certain amount of movement on the playing platform to help stop the arm skipping. However we would kindly ask you to contact us directly on uksupport@jamaudio.com and If possible we would kindly ask you to send us 2 x 30 seconds videos of the turntable. One with a record playing and one of the turntable spinning with no record. Once we have seen the turntable we will be able to advise you further. Kind Regards, JAM Customer Services

Can I play it through a Bluetooth sound bar instead of speakers?

Asked by: Matt99
Dear Matt99, It is possible, but can come down to the model and brand of the sound bar and what Bluetooth chipset they are using, most of the major chipsets are supported. If you would like more information on your specific soundbar please contact us directly on uksupport@jamaudio . Please provide us with the make and model of your sound bar and we will be happy to escalate to our technical team. Kind Regards, JAM Customer Services
