Achievement of the policy is through training and ongoing assessment, and is the collective responsibility of all employees of FKA Brands Limited. The policy is reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant.
The objectives for the Quality Management System will be established and reviewed regularly as part of a Management Review process and are designed to meet the overall business objectives of FKA Brands Limited and maintain the effectiveness in meeting all regulatory and customer requirements. To achieve these objectives the Quality Management System will be subject to continuous improvement to maximise its’ effectiveness.
Our designers and engineers are an integral part of the project team that oversee each new product launch. We expect to deliver our best quality in everything we sell, ensuring the construction is both durable, practical and safe to use.
In China our own team of local engineers visit these factories and conduct regular audits as well as inspections of products before they are allowed to leave the factory.
