Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous Present - JAM Bluetooth Turntable Bought this as a surprise birthday present for my husband who hasn’t played his vinyl records in years. Quick set up to connect to a Bluetooth speaker and he was soon in the loft for his records and an afternoon of listening was had by all. Would recommend this product. Happy husband!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Record player Good value for money. Sound is decent and not "tinny" like some of the similiar prices players we have listened to.

Q & A

Got one of these for Christmas. Is there any way of using headphones to listen to the vinyl?

Asked by: Toffee1806
Team Jam. Why does the power go off when I connect the aux cable - to listen with another speaker?

Hi, whenever I play a record it is skipping repeatedly, even at lower volumes. Can you help me to remedy this? Many thanks.

Asked by: KeithL
Just change the stylus to a Diamond needle and the skipping problem will disappear

I bought this record player and new vinyl from HMV today and it skips: is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?

Asked by: Anonymous
Just change the stylus to a replacement Diamond Stylus. I used to have exactly the same thing. Thought it was my records, but the problem disappeared once I changed the stylus

The platter on my unit has stopped turning whenever I move the Tone Arm into position. Nothing I do seems to get it moving again. I've checked the belt and ensured everything is powered on and plugged in correct, any suggestions on how to fix this?

Asked by: MGS1593
Dear MGS1593, We are sorry to hear this. The only recommendation we have would be to check if the button on the back is either pushed in or out; the turntable have a auto-shut off function to save electricity if nothing played for 15 min, in which case the button in the back will still be pressed in. If this is not the solution, then please contact the customer service team at the following: https://uk.jamaudio.com/customer-support Kind regards, Team Jam Audio

The player work quite well the only problem is when I plug my headphone in the AUX the device stop working, like it's cutting the energy supply. I tried few different headphone with the same result. Solution?

Asked by: Fabri
Dear Fabri, Unfortunately the turntable has an AUX-in and not an AUX-out. It supposed to play sound from an external device and not the other way around. Kind regards, Team Jam Audio

Hi, I have received this record player for Christmas but have never been able to listen to it due to the records skipping. I initially thought it was a problem with the records but it has been doing it with each one from the first use. How can I resolve?

Asked by: Hayley
Dear Hayley. We are sorry to hear this. First we would advise to check if there is any dust gathered around the needle from the stylus. Second please try to use the 45 RPM adaptor even if the vinyl is played at 33 RPM. If the issue is persisting, please contact the Customer Service team at the following link: https://uk.jamaudio.com/contacts Kind regards, Team Jam Audio
