Got this turntable as a Christmas present but the arm will not rest at the start of the record, it pulls in about 5mm. How can this be corrected?

Does this turntable have a pre-amp? Apparently it needs to have one to connect to Sonos Connect.

Hello. I was wandering if it is possible to change the cartrige of this turntable.Because the one i bought 3 days ago as a gift seems to have a dull stylus. So please answer my question as soon as you can. Thank you in advance!
