Customer Reviews

Jam Sound Turntable is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what we were after Bought this for my mothers birthday and she is over the moon with it. Having the lid over the speakers really helps stop dust gathering on them and leads to a clearer sound. Would buy again

Q & A

Got one of these for Christmas. Is there any way of using headphones to listen to the vinyl?

Asked by: Toffee1806
Team Jam. Why does the power go off when I connect the aux cable - to listen with another speaker?

I bought this record player and new vinyl from HMV today and it skips: is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?

Asked by: Anonymous
Just change the stylus to a replacement Diamond Stylus. I used to have exactly the same thing. Thought it was my records, but the problem disappeared once I changed the stylus

The player work quite well the only problem is when I plug my headphone in the AUX the device stop working, like it's cutting the energy supply. I tried few different headphone with the same result. Solution?

Asked by: Fabri
Dear Fabri, Unfortunately the turntable has an AUX-in and not an AUX-out. It supposed to play sound from an external device and not the other way around. Kind regards, Team Jam Audio

Hi, I have received this record player for Christmas but have never been able to listen to it due to the records skipping. I initially thought it was a problem with the records but it has been doing it with each one from the first use. How can I resolve?

Asked by: Hayley
Dear Hayley. We are sorry to hear this. First we would advise to check if there is any dust gathered around the needle from the stylus. Second please try to use the 45 RPM adaptor even if the vinyl is played at 33 RPM. If the issue is persisting, please contact the Customer Service team at the following link: https://uk.jamaudio.com/contacts Kind regards, Team Jam Audio

I have already asked this question, but the answer was not satisfactory. I insert a jack cable into the aux input in the rear of the turntable which is connected to an external speaker. But this cuts out the power to the turntable. Why?

Asked by: Caroline
Dear Caroline, We are sorry to hear that previous answer was not satisfactory. Please note that you will require an RCA to AUX cable and not AUX to AUX. The RCA end (red and white) will go in the designated ports at the back of the turntable and the AUX end will go in the AUX port in the speaker. If you connected the turntable to a speaker using a cable with both end AUX, will not work indeed. Kind regards. Team Jam Audio
