Great disc spinning
The deck is ace for playing 78’s, 45’s and 33’s. But trying to digitalise my records was an absolute nightmare, think I need to complete a degree in sound engineering before I can simply copy tracks!!!!

Record player is great
Love being able to play my vinyl through my Bluetooth speakers. Means I can use the speakers for multiple purposes and can move them round the room. Great sound quality and took only couple of minutes to set up.

My turntable is stylish,takes me back to my youth
I had been thinking of a turntable after finding loads of 7" singles and albums at home and finding out that I had no turntable to play it on. I hadn't realised how much the technology had changed but I was ready to find out. The JAM vinyl turntable was so easy to set up and looks fantastic ready to play, it gives me 2 options using the RCA sockets I can use existing speakers to play my music which is brilliant or I can use Bluetooth and listen that way and I can't wait to try, a great purchase.

Hi I have same issue with JBL link 20 have tried two different jbl link 20 and just wont connect. It does connect to other bluetooth speakers I have but this was bought for use with speaker specifically.

I have a Bluetooth speaker that can also connect via RCA/AUX. When I am connected via cable, the turntable connects again via Bluetooth after about 30 seconds. How can I have it play with the cable and stop trying to reconnect Bluetooth?

Thank you for your question. Please note that as long as the Bluetooth function is active, the turntable will search for a device. We would recommend to deactivate the Bluetooth before you connect the turntable to devices with RCA/AUX input.

I have tried two separate models purchased from different retailers, wont connect to a speaker via Bluetooth. No issue connecting other devices to the speakers I tried it on so its not the speaker (nor me!). Bad batch in the market - AVOID

Bought a new brand new record today however it seems to be constantly skipping, was wondering if this could be due to the tracking weight and if so how could I alter it on this record player?

Our advise is to make sure there is no dust on the vinyl or on the needle as this will cause the record to skip slightly.
Unfortunately there is no way to adjust the counterweight.

I received this last week, and love the sound, but am concerned that the turntable is angled down towards the front of the unit. That means there is very little clearance (~1mm) between the record and the plastic dust cover. Is this normal?

I got my wife one of these for Christmas - it's great, but it seems the turntable is sloping downwards at the front and records are speeding up and slowing down. Is this repairable?
